In addition Ruth will present an overview of contemporary enamels through the images of other leading practitioners.

Past exhibitor from the incubator at The Walker
Glass Metal and Fire is a new display of work in the Craft and Design Gallery at
The Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool by designer Ruth Ball who showed at the incubator at the begining of the year.
Her work will be there from Friday, 23 October 2009 until Tuesday, 23 February 2010 at 17:00. The showcase will focus on the various methods of enamelling, demonstrating how traditional techniques can be used in a contemporary way.
Ruth will give a talk about her work and techniques at the Walker Gallery at 1 - 2pm on Wednesday 17th February 2010
The showcase will be on display until late 2010
